RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS (Billed Quarterly)

• Quarterly debt service charge of $15.84.
• Treatment Charge of $3.34 per thousand gallons of water used per quarter.
• Well Customers will receive a flat quarterly charge of $49.24 per quarter (Based on 10,000 gallon usage per quarter).
• Minimum bill for a public water customer shall be $25.86. (Based on a water consumption of 3,000 gallons per quarter)

• Same charges as residential customers. However, large industrial/commercial customers shall be billed monthly. Monthly debt service is $5.28.

• A $5.00 fee shall be charged for mailing a delinquent notice. The notice is mailed thirty days after the due date of the sewer bill.
• A $15.00 fee will be charged is your house is posted for water shutoff. The account is posted fifty days after the due date of the sewer bill.
• A $30.00 fee will be charged if water service shut off is initiated. Water shut off will be initiated sixty days after the due date of the sewer bill.

NOTE: If your water service is shut off, an additional payment must be
made to the water supplier (Municipal Authority of Westmoreland
County) in order to have your water turned on the same day your bill
is paid.
